Non-registered guests are welcome to browse our site but cannot order content until they have been registered. IHAvideo.net is a website that caters to journalists and program-makers. We want to insure that only news professionals have downloading access, for this reason our registration process is not automatic and may take up to 2 business days to be activated.

Settings

 

Changing password: If you would like to change your password you need to log on and click the settings tab. Once you are on the settings page select preferences.

 

Notifications: IHA does not automatically send notifications. If you would like to receive notifications or want to change which notifications you receive click on the settings tab and you will see a Notification Criteria tab.

 

Personal Information: If you would like to change any of your personal information such as contact or billing information select the settings tab and click on the Personal Information tab.

 

Support: The support section is available to registered users only. It is a forum where users can post and reply to messages.
